On Thursday 9 October 2025, Healthcare Without Harm Europe will host the 7th European Healthcare Climate Summit, a pivotal online event focused on climate resilience in the healthcare sector.

As Europe faces increasingly frequent and severe climate-related events, the summit will spotlight the urgent need for healthcare systems to lead on both climate mitigation and adaptation.

With the world halfway through a decisive decade for climate action, the healthcare sector stands at a critical crossroads – both as a major emitter and as a frontline responder to climate impacts.

This year’s theme, ‘Climate Resilience at the Halfway Point‘, will explore:

• adaptation measures that strengthen system and facility-level resilience
